Definition
School Safety and Wellbeing is the systematic study and design of conditions, interventions and safeguards affecting children or families within education and schooling.
Why this matters
Children have evolving capabilities and limited power over many systems affecting them. Errors in school safety and wellbeing can create developmental, relational, educational, health or safety consequences that persist.

How can school data and AI support earlier, coordinated responses to safety and wellbeing concerns?
Hypotheses
Human-reviewed multi-source trend signals will identify support needs earlier than isolated incident reports.
